Our selection includes ingredients that are difficult to source, and other ingredients that we simply love and are proud to sell. You can also find here great wines from small producers in interesting terroirs, usually biodynamic or organic. Of course, you can find here some of our outstanding products, made to order in our bakery.
Look out for products supplied by Moon Valley. We are proud to be associated with this venture, which promotes peace in the Middle East by supporting the Palestinian agricultural industry. We try to source as many products as possible using this route, and are in close contact with the organisation, in order to expand this range.
